Ive never used castor oil myself, but I know the benefit of CS as it was taught by Edgar Cayce (famous healer in the 1800's). There are plenty of testimonials using this product at the website below.

my parents used to give me that stuff ....yuk!!!!....but it does work, and it takes less than 12 hours
I have used Cator oil w/Milk of Magnesia on my patients to promote a fecal event (Shits)...it lasts for abour 12 hours. This is also known as a "Black & White" in the medical profession. It won't kill you, but will make you **** for 8-12 hours. Try it...it works!
