Heart flutters or something like that?!


Question: I have been having these sensations like my heart is fluttering or something i check my pulse at the time and it pauses for a quik second and then my heart speeds up to around 90 beats per minute and eventually slows down I am a 32 year old male I have recently quit smoking but I am overweight I did have axniety attacks in the past 2 years but I know this is not that because i am not nervous at the time I have had a heart murmur when I was young is this something to be very concerned with because they say its normal usually I have also had ekgs done in the past and blood test and they were normal.

well you sound just like me, I too constantly have heart flutters AKA '' heart palpitations '' or PVC'S or PAC'S.. just go see a doctor let them perform a holter monitor test on you, they monitor your heart for 24 hours. I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong, but you can never be too sure!

It's called a palpitation... Search it and see when it's dangerous. If it happens a few times in a day, definitely go see a doctor

these sound like PVC's premature ventricualr complex, they can be induced with stress and quiting smoking, it happened to me when i quit. I would go talk to our dr, but usually it is harmless, try to lose some weight that will help also. but for sure go talk to your dr
