What Are Some Foods To Avoid When Dealing With Acne?!

Question: I read around and it says to avoid
Dairy products (milk, cheese, cream, yogurt etc)
Refined and cooked carbohydrates (flour, bread, rice, crisps and chips, sugar etc)
Cooked fats (fried food, hydrogenated oils, roasted nuts)
Meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb etc)

So what am I supposed to eat? Salads 24/7?

As far as refined carbs go, only refined sugar and corn syrup ever gave me trouble when I had acne as a teenager.
Oils also gave me trouble, and meat did as well, though I went vegetarian around this time. You could TRY very lean meat; it might be the animal fat (oil, essentially.)
Also, any soda, diet or not, also makes me break out STILL, and I'm ten years beyond being a teen.

I think lean poultry or beef would still be okay to eat. Avoid cheese, but find yogurts without corn syrup or sugar (Dannon Light and Fit comes to mind.) Less oily fishes would also be excellent.(So avoid fish like salmon.)
Potatos, not fried, should give you any trouble, as well as most vegetables. Beans would be excellent, I think they are for almost any diet.
If you're worried about nutrition, take a vitamin supplement.

I don't really thinks it matters what you eat, just as long as you take care of your skin. I'm not really sure what products work best for acne, though?

If you drink milk only drink whole milk. 2% and lowfat milk have a lower level of a certain hormone that whole milk is higher in and helps to prevent acne or at least make is less frequent. This applies to other dairy products like cheese and yogurt too.
