You COULD get pregnant... IF...
A guy ejaculated into the towel (freshly, not the previous day),
AND you rubbed that section of the towel all around and inside of you, to make sure you got yourself well lubed with his seed.
Then, possibly, you might get pregnant.
Other than that, from a dry towel, and from a guy who you have no proof had done the dirty deed with his towel, I would say you have nothing to worry about.

By the way, I have to comment on many of your other answers here. How uneducated does one have to be to not understand how sperm works, and the mechanics of reproduction. Wow! No wonder so many kids get knocked up.
1) Sperm does NOT "die in oxygen." I have never heard such a thing.
2) Ejaculate does NOT have to "be inside" of you to get you pregnant. The purpose of sperm is to be tenacious little buggers who will stop at nothing to get the job done. They can squiggle quite well from your vaginal opening to go deeper inside. Good grief! People, get some education quickly!
No, you must have sexual intercourse and be ejaculated inside of to get pregnant. You can't get pregnant from a towel. No matter who's it was.

Your friend & you both need to sit down with your mothers & have that "special talk" that moms & daughters are supposed to have. You can NOT get pregnant from using a towel that someone else has already used. You get pregnant by having sexual intercourse with a man, but that can't happen until you begin to have your period each month.

While highly unlikely and statistically improbable the only way it could have happened is he had VERY recently put sperm on the towel (there can be few sperm present in pre-ejaculate fluid as well as many in ejaculate) and you would have had to have wiped the still liquid sperm near your vagina. Sperm can live outside a body (ask any sperm bank) but the odds are definitely against getting pregnant this way.
