Cold sore, yellow crust?!

Question: I woke up with the little blisters yesterday morning, and now they're yellow and crusty, but quite small, how many days do I have left?
The crustyness seems to have come quite fast this time..?

Sounds more like impetigo then a cold sore. This is a very contagious skin disease and should be treated. You can talk to your pharmacist about which over the counter antibiotic ointment you can use on this.
