Question: i have just started using ROZEX GEL but iam finding my face is flaking worst than ever (is this norm) and could anyone tell me if there is a good moisturising creams for this

Rozex Gel is another brand of antibiotic more commonly known as MetroGel. Rozex gel is no longer really the treatment of choice for most rosacea patients; a topical treatment called Finacea, which contains azelaic acid, has been demonstrated to be more effective. It sounds like either your skin is having a sensitivity reaction to the Rozex, or it is too drying for your skin. You may want to consider going to the drugstore and purchasing some hydrocortisone cream (not ointment) and applying this for a few days to reduce irritation. This should only be used for a few days, since hydrocortisone is a steroid and is only intended for brief periods of use.
You should call the doctor that prescribed you the Rozex and report this reaction -- also inquire about being changed to Finacea. If your skin is dry, you may need to consider application of a sensitive skin moisturizer, like Cetaphil, to your skin after you apply your rosacea treatment. New research has demonstrated that rosacea is caused by certain inflammatory proteins in the skin which are over-abundant in the dermis of rosacea patients -- bacteria are not the cause (see article link in reference below). Rozex is an antibiotic gel which can help in some patients, but it's not targeting the actual cause. Finacea is much more effective. Good luck!

You need to use it religiously, every day. (I use it several times a day!) Since the demodex mites keep reproducing you need to keep applying TTO to keep the next generation from growing into adults. For example, if you only apply it one time, say, you may kill some for that day but the lifecycle of these stubborn mites is about 15-20 days. Also, try not to wear foundation makeup during this time, you need to get this out of your skin! Also, don't "feed" the mites by applying any nutritional things such as coconut oil, and other vitamin-rich lotions. I'm still doing research but this is the best natural way I have found so far.

I first put the borax solution on my cheeks to test it and all of the red spots moved to my chin the next day. It was incredibly freaky! I have felt them move to my eyes, nose ears and scalp at various times. Now there are a few spots showing up on my ankles as I fight to kill them all!
