It could and is definitely not worth the risk.
Probably not via intercourse, but how about saliva (kissing) and other bodily fluids? Yes it can through other means. If that rubber breaks...you are in big trouble...is it really worth it? Probably not...remember it can only kill you or make your life a living miserable hell! Don't!
Yes if the condom breaks theres a possibility, though not everytime someone who is infected has unprotected sex with someone who is not infected will they pass it on. A doctor told me its only about 1/80 times. It also depends aswell what stage they are in. Theres a difference between HIV and AIDS.
Very possiable, but the condom was a smart move and would protect you the best way, but there still is a slight chance, if the condom had a rip or hole or was not used correctly
