Stay away from dairy products as they breed it. Put some watered down hydrogen peroxide on the spot for a few minutes and then clean, that will kill any infections. Believe it or not you can use the peroxide for many of things, fungus feet, colds, hair and cleaning the house. Use a cotton bud, and use 50/50 water/peroxide, for starters. They use nitrogen peroxide to kill warts.
Honestly, I use oxy pads.
I would suggest apply a mask/ or benzoyl peroxide-- or get something prescribed by the doctor.

buy nuetrogena oil free acne stress control power clear scrub.
use it twics daily.
get zap zit, and use it after u wash ur face on the affected area.
and eating healthy really does help. a lot of people dont believe it but it controls your hormones.. eat lots of fiber, and have an apple a day. and drink lots of water. if you follow this will have no pimple at all in 5 days. i promise.
