Any ideas about a cause?!
Question: my symptoms include: sever headaches which are worse in the morning a nights, blurred vision, slurred speach occasionaly more now than a month ago, numbness in my limbs occasionaly, personaliy changes, developing a "i dont care" attitude. i am taking inderal 60mg, elivile, and a migrainprevention med. none are working!

There could quite possibly be, more than one " underlying physical " problem that are occurring at the same time. It would be best that you seek medical attention. Do you have a Primary Doc. ?? If so, please contact his/her office to schedule an appointment so that your Doc can evaluate you. And, if warranted, refer you to a specialist. Your Primary Doc can perform tests, if required, that will help determine what the next step should be. You may need to see a Neurologist, who specializes with disorders or, possible causes of your symptoms. Your symptoms are suggestive of a CNS ( Central Nervous System) problem. But, there can also be an underlying physical cause for your symptoms. Get the ball rolling and, seek a medical evaluation so that he/she can rule out or rule in, possible causes. I would recommend that you do this ASAP. Best to be safe. If you do not have a Primary Doc, go to the ER. I'm not trying to scare you but, such symptoms are not normal. You need peace of mind. Seek the opinion of a Board Certified neurologist, or ask the facility you frequent if a 'headache' specialist exists.
Seek medical care, and do not rule out an MRI to look for any possible masses.
