Somebody has been posting on here lately recommending something like this, even claiming it will cure breast cancer. It won't.
Like other cancers, breast cancer happens when normal cells change so that they grow in an uncontrolled way. This uncontrolled growth causes a tumour to form. No amount of deep breathing or holding breaths will have any effect on this tumour.
If something sounds to good to be true, it is.

I kindly suggest that if you wish to have a question answered, that you make it clear what you are talking about when you ask your question. The way you have asked it, I would have to spend time researching what you are talking about, and even then I would not be sure what you are talking about. I expect others feel the same way I do, and that because of that, you are not going to get any answers to your question. I suggest you do some research, then come back and ask your question in more detail, ESPECIALLY giving a decent, intelligent description of what "deep inspiration breath hold technique" is.
My brother in law also tried this technique and he is now dying slowly in hospital. So no it doesn't work, but it does give cancer sufferers hope or something to believe in, when really there is no cure. The diet thing also doesn't work.
