I have always had dry skin! What you do is get a loofah sponge for when you shower and use it with a good soap (like Dove) This will get of the dead skin. Also, don't use really hot water, that will dry your skin more. When you get out of the shower, while you are still in a steamy bathroom, put a cream/lotion on all over. Sometimes I will even mix in a little cuticle or body oil in the lotion too! Using a lotion or a cream without any scent or colors will keep your skin soft. Also make sure you drink plenty of fluids and keep hydrated. Eating lots of cucumber helps too!
