HIV/STD/AIDS/ or skin condition?!
Question: I have small pumps on my penis all over my shaft and some coming up 3/4 of the way up the bottom of my penis. They're the same color of my skin but every once and a while one will get red and get bigger but then disappear. What is this on my penis? Herpes, Warts, or popules?

I would assume they are not herpes or warts because from what I have heard is that they hurt... (if there wasnt any pain associated w/ them why would people care if they had it?) They could be pimples... or if you shave down there it could be a rash... unfourtantly there could be a million solutions/answers (I knew a guy who had a similar problem and it was his diabetes acting up to the insulin.... he never would have guessed that!) Go to docs I am sure you are fine GOOD LUCK!!

You could have herpes or warts. I would go see a doctor and wear condoms for now on
