Why do the corners of my mouth have bumps(pic)? HELP?!

I have the same EXACT problem, I got these pads for drying out my skin cuz i got a rash. Tonight i relized that if it is caused by saliva (which in my case i think it is) that it is caused by too much moisture allowing fungi to occur. Tonight I used perscription cleaning pads called "clindamycin phosphate topical solution-Pledget 1%". I am starting to see it go away (or at least i think so). So I am going to keep using them and if i see a significant improvement ill definatly tell you.
