Question: don't squeeze it. you'll spread the bacteria. I use to crush asprin and use it as a face mask- with some water added to it. it really works to take the redness away from a pimple. use Benzol Peroxide at night, but watch ur clothing and pillow slips as it can bleach them.

I used to work for Clinique. According to their training materials, red pimples indicate that bacteria is present. Try something with Benzoyl Peroxide in it at night, along with an oil-free moisturizer to keep the inflammation down during the day.

first use st. ives apricot scrub,(facewash) then pop it, after that do benzoyl peroxide. all the while make sure your hands are CLEAN!! it works for me usually. :)
Benzoyl peroxide does work, but you just have to be careful becuase whenever I get my eye brows waxed my skin gets burnt off, and it's horrible. it's happened to me three times. Face washes that contain benzoyl peroxide in them/ face pads/ creams will usually do the trick. Maybe go to a dermotologist? or tanning will sometimes work, too if you're willing to go and take the risk of getting cancer or w/e. Toothpaste was something I heard, but it never worked for me.
go to a dermatologist and get a prescription for Retin A Micro.
