Strep Throat Test?!

Question: If you go to the dr for strep, will they always test it and if so, do they send it off to the lab and tell you the results later or do a quick swab and are able to tell you in 5 min or so?

Yes...
They stick the thing down your throat and in like 10 mins they come back. if you have it you choose beetween a chewable, liquid or pill antibiotic. I recomend the chewable b/c its good!!!
