Acne from hell?!
Question: i have no idea were it came from i havent had any bad acne for almsot a year now. but one day i came home from work and my back was itchign like crazy i took of my shirt and it was covered in acne. it has been a month and i half and i cant get rid of it. i have never had it this bad i have tried everything. is there no secret at home thing. i use to use proactive a few years ago but it only made it worse.

keep yourself clean. remember acne is mainly from trapped dirt and oil. i do suffer from acne on my back....but i noticed if i take atleast 2-3 showers a day with a back scrubber and soap...the acne disapears.
Maybe your blood is not clean. Try drinking a lot of water.
When you wake up drink 4 glasses of water before brushing your teeth.
Practice everyday for few weeks and see the result.
Use an antibacterial soap, and like someone else said, a back scrubber. Always use clean towels and try to shower everyday, at least.
An over the counter anti med with salydic acid will help a lot also, ask someone to help you apply it.
