Combine the carb with protein to lower the effect on blood glucose. well the best things to eat are things that are high in protein like peanut butter vegetables and fruit salads but low calorie dressings --cheese and crackers --just stay away from the greasy foods, carbs that turn to sugar which most of them do-and junk food-you dont want to get eclamptic and have to deliver early
