How do spots occur ?!

Unfortunately, the amount of spots you get is largely down to genetics.
People might go on about cleanliness and chocolate and all that but at the end of the day it will have very little to do with it.
If you have large pores, oily, sensitive skin then you will probably have a lot more spots than someone with small pores, normal, resilient skin.
Things that you can do to minimise them would be keeping your skin clean and moisturised, using a deep pore treatment and maybe even getting some acne tablets from your GP.
