Question: I have always struggled with it and a doctor once claimed, I don't have Asthma Should I re-test? I have to take several small breaths and really struggle to open up my throat to get a full breath.

It took my doctor 4 years of me complaining of shortness of breath and extreme exercise fatigue for him to figure out that I have asthma. Ask for a re-test or get a second opinion.
