I have whiteheads everywhere. Please help me to get rid of them!?!

The easiest way to avoid whiteheads and pimples is to avoid touching your face. Your fingers contain dirt that gets into your facial skin and causes the zits. If you wear alot of makeup for a long amount of time, you can give your skin a break for a day or two. This might keep the skin clean and help the skin pores breathe.

go to the doctors and get a prescription for retin a cream. it works really good.
use the blackhead strips
hot soapy water or clearasil ! Oxipads or face wash !
try proactive solution-it's a great 3 piece product with benzoyl peroxide and works really well to get acne under control with out over drying(at least for me)!

are they just white heads or full on zits? if they are just white heads you might want to switch face clensers, or laundry detergents to an uncented brand.. sleeping on a dirty pillow case also will clog pores and cause white heads also. if you use hair spray this could be doing it to..
