Question: It was like obviously the end of a cold because she just had a little cough and red nose but she touched what i bought, i sprayed with a cleaner, is that ok?

My bet she was no longer contagious, but you did the prudent thing by spraying your purchase. 1/10 bleach to water works best.
The last cold I had was 7 years ago after the cashier at the market got her slime all over all of my groceries. Now, I watch all the cashiers before even getting in line to see who coughs, sneezes, wipes their nose with a tissue, or has the sniffles. I always use hand sanitizer when I get in my car; not only on my hands, but the steering wheel, and on my key, too. I am always very careful not to touch my face, especially my eyes, nose, or mouth.
Call me a germaphobe, but I haven't had even the sniffles in 7 years.
