Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking?!
Question: Has anyone read this book and quit? I have been smoking for 23 years and I read the book and quit smoking for 2 weeks....I was doing great...I have never quit that long before ...EVER..I had a few drinks on Xmas Eve and my husband smokes and I had a puff and that was it....Now Im back at it and want to try again....It was so hard being around my husband...it didn't bother me that other people smoked..just that he was lighting up by me all the time...but I told him too..that he didn't have to change ..I did. He is now in the middle of the book...Should I re-read it? It truly worked the first time for a little while...I was drinking a little to much and I let my guard down...

Keep trying till you get it done. It means life style changes cause drinking is just as bad on the health. when you get the urge to smoke sing amazing grace till the urge passes,, it works

By all means try it again. If your husband is also trying this time, it should be a lot easier because you can support each other. My fiance tried quitting but all his friends smoke, so he's at it again. But he plans on taking a class this february about quitting, and i'm hoping he sticks with it. Good luck!
