How do you make a pimple come to a white head?!

Question: Hi my sister has an important piano performance this weekend, and she has a red pimple on her face. She tells me it is painless and she wants to know how to make it come to a white head. She is very clean and washes her face twice a day, using dove soap, spectrojel and neutrogena moisturizer. Please give me some solutions to help her remove the pimple before the big performance.

Thank You,

Thank You,

you have to let it be..if will become white when its ready..if its not white by the performance put someone foundation on it and ur good to go...or just wash your face everyday with clean and clear

Try some alcohol or let a dot of toothpaste sit on it overnight.

get a washrag and soak it in hot water then place it on ur pimple and leave it there until the rag is cool and then it should be at a head if not do it 2 time and that will work

Put Isopropyl Alcohol on a cotton ball and rub it on the pimple, it should contract that pore and bring it into a white-head so you can pop it. Good luck, hope it works!

avoid face cream in that spot put a hot rag on it to draw it out and of course use toothpaste. yes toothpaste it really does work

This may sound very strange to you but it absolutely works on pimples and on a coldsore that is on the face. Slice a very thin piece of fresh garlic and squeeze it to make the oil come up, then rub it on the pimple or coldsore and try to leave it there for about 5 minutes. It does burn a little bit but the next day they will either be gone or almost not showing at all.
