Question: i am hungry all the time i eat and 2 hours later my stomach hurts really bad this has been happening for awhile. do you think i could have worms?

No I dont think its worms, you betta see a doctor.

There are such things as tapeworms, my wife had one and a doctor visit can help you out with that. Try this first and it is somewhat difficult,, drink a glass and a half of water before you eat, every time, all the time and at the least you'll feel full faster with less food. Besides,,water is good for you and most of us don't consume enough anyway.
