3 year old- Excema?!

Question: Recently, my daughter has little pink blotches which seem slightly dry, and come and go in different spots (usually her tummy or lower back). I have seen excema (on my sister) and what I currently am seeing on my daughter is not that similar. What could it be?
History- I have dry skin and occasionally get very dry in spots, minus the blotches.

It could be infantile eczema. Use "Burrows Solution" & then Eucerin. My son had this & we used this on him & he finally cleared up. If not then go to the dermatologist.

I'm not extremely sure but i have eczema normally on my forearms and it does turn sort of like pink blotches. it would be best to consult a doctor or try hydro cortisone. a doctor could give you a prescription called dermatop but i am not sure if it is for the use of 3 year olds. dont worry its not harmful.
