What is the Dr. Saying?!
Question: I am a medical transcriptionist and can't figure out what the Dr. is saying on this dictation. It is a cardiac exam. She says "s1 and s2 are" then she says what sounds like "herdenolarious" what is she saying? or maybe she is saying "s1 and s2 are "heard enolarious" that's what it sounds like. help from a doctor or fellow transcriptionist? Thanks so much!

I reckon (as a med student) its heart sounds one and two are 'heard in all areas' hope that helps :)
I'm pretty sure Mia has it right.
