if your not on any medication, look at your fluid intake not drinking enough can cause a sickly feeling in morning or until you rehydrate.
try to start your day with fresh lemon juice in warm boliled water, this will help your stomach and liver

try and sleep thru it and wake up at about 12 in the afternoon-get a late night!

Talk to a doctor. I don't know it could be some sort of eating disorder. My friend had it so she was sick in the mornings but felt better and okay enough to eat in the afternoons. I don't think she's pregnant (she's fourteen but it is possible) it's been going on for about three weeks abd just kinda stopped for her but she's had it before and needed medication so she would eat normally. I don't know, if your concerned talk to your doctor.

I agree with other posters that you should try to increase your water, and try to start your morning with a glass of warmish water--not hot, not cold.
Also, I had symptoms similar to yours years ago, and it turned out I had a mild ulcer.
Ulcers nowadays are easily curable, since we know now that ulcers are caused by a certain bacteria, Heliobacter pylori.
A doctor would need to determine if you do indeed have an ulcer, and if so, a couple of weeks of a certain antibiotic will cure it.
Barring that, increase your water, eat small snacks in the morning (basically, do all the little tricks pregnant women do for avoiding morning sickness----crackers, ginger slices, etc.), and avoid stomach irritating substances, such as caffeine and nicotine.

1. get your blood pressure checked......... hypertensives also have this.

2. migrain symptoms if sickness is with headache

3. if above 2 stituations are not present then.........

probably a gastic trouble
4. take tab. DOMSTAL ( domperidone ) twice a day
5 cap. OMEPRAZOLE once daily

. abstain from fatty and fried foods,

I agree with the other answers on increasing fluid intake. Have you tried almonds as your mid morning snack ; just a bit of protein from them sustains really well. Apart from that are you worried about something? Is someone at home/work/school giving you a hard time?? Are you giving yourself a hard time about something. Maybe you you need to talk to someone you trust.

I used to have the same problem when i was younger - it never got better but became manageable. I now have pancreatitis but unsure whether tis related. I went to the doctor and they told me to look at my diet. Perhaps your body can't take dairy in the morning etc. Try diffeent things. Try smoothies instead of food to see if your digestion is just sluggish etc

Good Luck!
