Chest infections?!

Question: i keep getting chest infections like every month or two. I went for a chest x-ray but it was fine. Does anyone have any herbal remidies or any advice on how to get rid of them and prevent them. Thanks for you help!!

How old are you? You mean pneumonia by chest infections? It's not common to have it every few months. Please see your doctor, so he could work up the underlying cause. Your immune system might be suppressed. Chest X-ray does not tell everything, so diseases affecting your lungs are still in question.
