How to cure the infection in my pierced lip?!
Question: I'm pretty sure my newly pierced lip is infected. It's red and mildly sore to the touch. When I'm cleaning it, there can be some pus like discharge. Is this normal for the healing process or is it infected. And if so, how can I cure an infection?

it's part of the healing process. don't handle it too much cuz it will further aggravate it. i left mine alone and it healed on it's own. use a clean q-tip to wipe away any crust or pus but only if you need to.

i'd try geting out all the pus, then clean it, and the earing and dont touch it unless your cleaning it.
