ok. on the bottom of my left foot there is that yellowy spot.. and when i look close to it, it's all little yellow spots, that are SOOO ITCHY. and when I walk my foot is sore in that spot.
I assumed it was athlete's foot, so i bought a cream and a spray. i put both on twice a day and change my socks. but it's NOT getting any better! so is it not athletes foot then??

I know it's sick, and I know some people are going to make fun of it, believe me, I would make fun of me too.. but I need som serious answers here because I am getting NO relief from the itch!!! ah it just itches sooo bad.

It may be an foot ulcer that has gotten infected. Also it may be a plantar wart they can itch and are painful when pressure is applied.Plantar warts occur on the sole of the foot and look like calluses. They result from an infection by a specific virus. They are like warts elsewhere, but they grow inward. The wart cannot grow outward because of weight placed on it when you stand. You may experience severe pain when walking, and can have just one or many plantar warts. Plantar warts are extremely difficult to treat, but success has been achieved with repeated applications of salicylic acid (available over the counter) to soften the overlying callus and expose the virus. Other treatments include injection of the warts with medication, freezing the warts with liquid nitrogen and, very rarely, surgery.

Um go to a walk-in clinic the doctor will give you a topical cream.

Itl get significantly better within a week.

it looks like a calise, but if it's itchy...???

what about some kind of bite, it looks like one i had a while back on the top of my foot, but it went away like 3 4 days,

the pic is pretty blurry.....can u post a new one?????
i'll then help if i can. thanks!!!
