Stryvectin works like a charm. It also gets rid of wrinkles.
There is nothing that will make them go away faster. Some people try Bio-oil, others use Mederma but eventually, these will fade on their own time frame whether you put anything on them or not.
Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula is AMAZING at getting rid of strech marks....or any scar for that matter. It is availible everywhere and isn't expensive at all (maybe $3-$4?)

I think using lotion with CocoButter helps the appearance of stretch marks. I really can not logically explain, but I think mine are less apparent with it. Also, what ever you do use a good sunscreen if you are exposing to sunlight.
