First you wont die , second it isnt really contagious, its like a heat rash but your body like mine and tons of children and babies react with a different kind of rash -excema. also it usually occurs in places like inside of your arms (elbow area ) , behind you knees, it usually forms where moisture gets trapped . And yes there is a medicine you need a prescription for Bactroban cream that you apply several times a day. You can out grow it or it may come and go it is just kinda there and you deal like acne or anything else

Not contagious, and you will die, but NOT from eczema.
This is dry skin! not contagious! Do not dry off after your shower! use eucerin lotion! Let your skin air out. It's tough to get rid of but it's not to bad, you won't die. Mabye be a little ichy in the winter months. Good luck!
