You really need medical help for this one. It's possible you have brought on the attack by too much stress - but only you know that. Remove the stress. Many sufferers find showering in plain water every day helps a lot.
Go to your Doctor & get a precription medication to treat the Psoriarsis. It is not curable but the medication will help to keep it some what under control & at bay.
i'm not quite sure this will help but when i first got psoriarais my dermatologist said laying in a tanning bed will help and there is also a shampoo called t-gel that works perfect if its along your hair line.

u need to use distilled white vinger in the places where there's psoriasis
