Has the patient lost weight? That would be a more common reason for improvement in a fatty liver.

Why do you have so much of yourself invested in being right? Believe me, it will drive you crazy in the long run! Let it go.

I think it's just how your liver stores the fat you consume. Some livers do a better job at it than others. Could even be hereditary. Go easy on the doc.

Fatty liver has very little or nothing to do with what you say.
Independent illness.
Sorry.

Remember that we are all human. We all have different genetic makeups. None of us are perfect. We also are genetically predisposed to certian medical conditions because of our genetic makup. At the very least there is a predisposition that has been proven by lab results and physical findings in this case. The physician should use prudent judgement, but so should the patient. It would be unwise to engage in activities that would put an undue burden on the liver in this patient. This would include pharmacological agents. Read your information sheets carefully and quiz the doctor if there is any question about a new prescriptions possible side effects on the liver. Most agents are filtered primarily by the kidneys or the liver. Instead of being angry, be thankful for the warning. It may save your life some day.
