Arm bumps?!

Question: I've always had these weird little bumps all along my upper arms. I guess they're pretty common, but I want them gone anyway. Anyone have any tips?

I have the same problem. I was born with it. Well it's a condition you're born with. It sounds as if it's KP or Keratosis Polaris. There's not much you can do to treat it. Some people have said lotion with lactid acid. I just try to moisturize with a good lotion. Aveeno is amazing. It won't take the bumps away (nothing will), but it helps with the redness and sometimes itchyness that can accompany KP. Keratosis Polaris is as of now, incureable.

Exfoliate everyday!

I know exaclty what that is... it's Ecxema. Both my younger sisters have it. It's not a big deal, not life threatening or anything. Just put some Kerry Lotion on it every once in a while. There is no cure, so unfortunaly it won't go away. but the Kerry lotion will make them seem smaller for a little bit.

I had them also, but i had them where the hair follicles would come out of my skin, i had lazer hair removal and in a about a year they were gone.

well of course people have them they are beacuse when you play sports and swet you get those on your arms and if you start swetting alot then you can get them on your lower arms too but dont worry cause they do go away when you take a break from sports or what ever you do.... or a way to get rid of them is to wash your arms in the shower wish acne wash.

my dermatoligist says they can go away eventually. use a face cloth of soft cloth in the shower and rub them with soap every day.

I have them too, and they drive me crazy. I just use the brand Dial soap when they act up.

Moisturize
