Is there any way to reduce inflamatory acne without help from a dermatologist?!

Inflammatory means that it is infected and you need antibiotics.
However if you don't have money you can't get a prescription for very cheap.

Anyway, you just have to get the over the counter stuff, Clearasil, use as directed... It isn't going to work as well as antibiotics (however the use of antibiotics is debated anyway)

The over the counter stuff is the same as the prescription stuff, just not as TOUGH.. i mean it isn't as strong, doesn't have the same concentration. It will still dry out your skin but stick with it. Don't use any lotions on it. Your skin will adapt. It may also get worse before it gets better.
If you've already tried the over the counter stuff, try another kind.. there are different kinds of main ingredients in them. Also make sure you are trying one for weeks, don't give up on one.
