Get away, people above me. The kid doesn't have aids. He probably just got a STD from his partner, maybe genital herpes. Go to a doctor and get it checked out. I hope/think everything will be fine for you once you get some medication! Good luck!

Don't panic. Do the bumps itch or are they painful? You may want to schedule an appointment at a clinic or with your doctor to get a conclusive diagnosis, however it sort of sounds like crabs (aka pubic lice). You can get topical medications for crabs at your local pharmacy/drug store.

I'm not sure what that rash is but you need to take care of it right away- first go to your bathroom, get one of those straight razors & simply shave all the bumps off and then when you are done take a rag and poor some paint thinners on it & rub it all over where you had shaved. This should help.
