What is the difference between having Crohn's or having IBS?!

IBS just means the muscles in the intestinal tract are overactive. Crohn's diease is still being researched, but researchers believe it is an inflammatory disease. Crohn's disease, in my opinion, is a lot more serious than IBS because it could start destroying part of the intestinal tract in the affected individual.
