Question: I have discoloration on the out side along with peeling of the skin and cuts around the opening. I recently notice whites bumps and server itching.

sorry to say but yep sounds like u have herpes to me. i have them too and they symptoms sound similar. look them up on mayoclinic.com or webmd.com to see if they are the same or similar. may want to make a doctors appointment and get the sores/blisters tested. there is usually no rash associated with herpes just outbreaks of blisters or sores and a lot of itching and pain.
Humm?....I think it is called, " I need to see a Dr.".
Go to your doctor get checked out. some people don't know the answer better of asking a Dr.
omg i have the same thing going on!!! - without the bumps and itching.
Just a LOT of skin peeling all of a sudden....and i notice one little cut type thing just a little dot scab type thing....
what the heck eh!?
I never thought of herpes though.... there is no rash or anything...... and i havent changed partners or anything !!!

This definitely sounds like it but you never know til you go to the doc and get it checked out. Just dont' pick it and if you touch it wash your hands thoroughly with warm water. Good luck.
