They stick that sucker right into your muscle. They always hurt for a while. Just take some Advil and it will take care of the pain and swelling.

i have had a tetanus shot it will tend to swell take advil or another pain reliver if it is dose not stop within a week or two go see a doctor the needle might of brook in your skin or your allergic and are having a reaction
