Can dogs get pink eye?!

Yes, they can but I don't think it's pink eye I think it something else though I don't have the name for it. Sorry try liquid drops or gel for his eye, or check with the vet. I don't think you have to bring him in just call and ask about it.

Yes they can, so can cats. Take your dog to the vet to get the right medication. It should clear up soon. One of my cats had that and it went away with the drops I was given.
