Aspirin contains Beta hydroxy acid which is a powerful defoliant ,so you can crush 1to 2 Aspirin tablets mix with a little water and apply on pimples for 15 minutes and wash. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/

Sounds like cystic acne. There's not much you can do since it's underneath your skin, but if it gets worse see a doctor.

There is not much you can do but wait. A warm compress may sooth a bit and help it to surface. You may also try an OTC analgesic such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen (check labeling for dosing and precautions). This is a very common occurence this time of year because of the cold weather and low humidity and I get asked about this a lot. Try and not mess with it too much as it'll usually just make thinks worse. If your nose starts to swell and it doesn't surface, you may need to see a doctor to have it lanced and drained.

try not to touch it, because it will just get worse. think about other stuff so it stops hurting. and when it surfaces use pimple cream or toothpaste or whatever you use
