What is this little bump on my eyelid?!

Question: I have the smallest little bump on the center of my eyelid, it's not anywhere near the eyelash line, it doesn't hurt or irritate anything, it's just kinda "there". I didn't notcie it until about 5 months ago when I was putting on eyeshadow, and it hasn't changed size or anything.
So should I be worried? I looked up stye, chalazion, cysts and some other stuff, and it's looks nothing like those and with practicly none of those symptoms, other than it's hard. It's a little larger than the size of the point of a pencil. At first I thought it was a small pimple but it won't pop, it's rather hard actaully, and it doesn't bother me really, I just wanted to know if anyone might have an idea as to what it may be.
I know some people are going to say "go to an eye doctor" and I know this,so I have an appointment, I just wanted to ask here as well and see if there was something that could be just taken care of by compressing a warm rag to it. Thanks!

Could it be a skin tag? I have quite a few of those on my face (two on my eyes)

You may have a clogged tear duct. If this is the case, the doctor should be able to fix it in the office. Good Luck
