Question: I have walk in pnemonia
ive been feeling some sharp pains in my chest and back in the side with the lung that the doctor said had the water in it

Walking pneumonia is a mild case of pneumonia (relatively, of course, it is still pneumonia after all). Unfortunately the chest pains you describe are a common symptom, so don't allow worry about them to add to your stress.

Hopefully your doctor gave you antibiotics. I have personally found using a warm air humidifier helpful. Sleeping propped up on extra pillows can also help ease pain (since the fluid doesn't pool as much). Rest, drink lots of clear liquids, all the normal stuff your doctor probably told you already.

Need to go to the dr's. No this is not normal. Do you have a fever? Just make an appointment with your doctor.

i am not sure, but if this is in episods not continuously, i think it may be angina pectoris.
i advice you to make cardiac tests.
