mines always been up in the 100's for the last 30 years dont worrie about it :)

maybe try some yoga to relax your mind and bring your heart rate down... free and easy..

mine is always 120 rates per minute

Tachycardia (fast heart rate) is above 100 beats per minute
Bradycardia (slow heart rate) is below 60 beats per minute

The healthy heart beats at around 70 beats per minute, but this varies from person to person.
Very fit people have a heart rate slightly lower than 60 and some unhealthy people slight above 100.

If you get symptoms of your heart rate gets too fast, call for medical attension.

80-100 bpm seems normal.

you sound like me its called tachycardia you can find out more at family doctor.org, and since your blood pressure is low like mine you can,t take the meds to slow it they put me on them then took me off saying they could cause a drop in blood-pressure that would kill me, they told me to quit caffeine but since you don,t drink it maybe this site will help you also medlineplus.gov, lack of vitiam k and maguism can also cause it
