Pink eye or makeup irritation?!
Question: last night i used mascara that was old, and after i washed my face, the corner of my eye was pinkish/reddish, it looks really veiny. anyways, it doesnt itch, water, hurt or have any kind of gooey stuff coming out of it, but its still red and veiny today.

It it were pink eye, there would be puss coming out at the corners. If you just recently used new makeup that you've never tried before, it's most likely just something in your makeup that caused the irritation. Make sure you don't rub or touch your eyes when you wear it. Use eyedrops to flush out any makeup that might be left in your eye. Do not wear the makeup to bed.
If you wear contacts, the makeup might be caught under the lense, again, causing irritation.
If you wear contacts and have been getting the pinkish color in your eye prior to this occasion, you might be allergic to something in the contact solution called thimerosal. There are contact solutions that do not contain this that your pharmecist can recommend.
Sounds to me like it just very irritated.......pink eye would have had your eye shut by now.
It definately sounds like eye irritation, pink eye would have been more red and it would be itchy watery and definately hurt.
