get a good hand cream. there are load out there. also, if your doing washing up you should definitely wear rubber gloves. i'm i guy and i do! if you want a really deep moisturising put hand cream on and then your rubber gloves and do the washing up. the heat from the water and the moisturiser really gives you hands a good treatment.
Becuase the humidity in the air is lower? And if you are paranoid about soft skin, feel free to go and blow your money on all the expensive cosmetics.
I suffer from eczema so at winter its at its worse. really annoying. Roll on summer!
