Well there could be numerous reasons why you feel this way. One could be guilt... scared that you put yourself in a situation where you could have contracted the virus... Many people worry thinking "I could have been the statistic" and keep returning to the doctors... HOWEVER if this is a problem that you think about ALL the time and it affects your behaviours... eating habit... or sleep... you may have a more serious problem... I went and got tested for HIV over and over and would not believe the doctor I was fine... they finally did some tests and realized I was OCD... (NO I do not wash my hands a million times or act like monk... I just freak out about always thinking I will catch something... kinda like a hypocondriac....it comes and goes depending how much stress I am under) This is something you wanna talk to your doctor about because livin with that fear of having something can be just as bad as having it! You should be able to live your life care free and with peace... good luck!!

No one can conrtol how you thing. If this persists, get professional help.

HIV is a scary proposition. Why you thought you had it in the first place may be related to your continuing fear. If it is financially possible have another test run every month for 6 months. If they all come back negative, relax and believe them.
