What are some preventative measures that I can use to decrease carpi-tunnel?!
Question: If you sit at a desk in your office or job make sure that it is ergonomically correct. You should wear wrist braces @ night I find this helps me because sometimes the position that I sleep in will affect how bad it is the next day if I don't wear them. Carpil-Tunnel sucks! Did you have to have the test done? That wasn't fun either! sticking needles in my arms ugh! Horrible... pain relievers can also help w/ pain - duh. good luck

i had this and i wrapped up my arms when working and put pillows under my arms at night to help them from going numb
after 2 years i had to have surgarey
all good suggestions , however no one said anything about fish oil
Wrist splints at bedtime work wonders. Wear them to bed each night. After two to three days you should see improvements, continue for a few weeks.
