It'l take about a week for your skin to regenerate a new layer of skin then you'l be back to normal.

The affected skin will have to wear off and be replaced by new skin.
Your melanin hasn't gone anywhere, you just bleached some out of your skin. The only solution is to let the skin, that you bleached, go through it's course and be replaced by the layers of epidermis underneath, just like waiting for a sunburn to finally wear away.
Are you black and trying to get white? use Bleach and Glow.
